Simple home-made chocolate hazelnut spread

Brindis, Nutella, Chocolate, Pan, ComidaA yummy and fun way to put an end to the course with the little ones.

You will need a food processor to blend the ingredients into a creamy texture. 

Additionally, you will need something to spread on: it could be toast, crackers or sponge cake.

 

Ingredients you will need:

Nueces, Avellana, Hojas, Alimentos

Hazelnuts: 2 cups or 260 gr. 

Milk: 1 cup or 236 ml.

Honey: 1/2 cup or 170 gr.

Raw cocoa powder (=cacao puro): 1/4 cup or 30 gr

STEPS

1- If the hazelnuts are raw (crudos), place them on a baking sheet (=papel de horno) and roast them in the oven for 10 minutes. Let them cool down (=enfriar). If you buy them roasted, simply add them to the food processor.

2- Blend them in the food processor together with the other ingredients: milk, raw cacao powder and honey.

3– Spread on toast, crackers or sponge cake and enjoy
