An easy and kid-friendly Banana Bread recipe

Makes 1 standard loaf. Ingredients: 

- 2 cups flour 
- 1 tsp baking soda 
- ¼ tsp salt 
- ¾ cup brown sugar 
- 1 cup chocolate chips 
- 2 eggs 
- 2 cups (about 4 large) mashed ripe banana 
- ½ cup melted butter (one stick) 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients except chocolate chips.
Add all wet ingredients and mix. 
Add chocolate chips and pour into a loaf pan. 


Bake for 1 hour.
